My Truck FINALLY Came In!!!

Dealer called about two hours ago to let me know that I could fly up there tomorrow and pick up my Truck!!! Finally! Ordered on 2-13 order placed 2-16, delivery= 5-7. Twelve weeks on the nose, NEVER want to do that again ETA wasn't until 5-10, thought it was ridiculous for the truck to sit for two more weeks in Portland, so I asked them to do something about it (on 4-26 though)!!!



I'm flying up from L. A. to Eugene's Lithia Dodge (Thanks again Bellyscraper), then I'll run up to Portland and visit a friend, off the next morning to Trinidad, CA to see another friend, down to Ventura to pick up my boat on the way into town, and then back home. Total should put me somewhere close to 1400 miles, the last stretch of which will be pulling my 6500lb. boat.



Will report back on Sunday or Monday with mileage and performance... Oo.

I know how you feel, I just picked up mine after an 18 week wait. Spent a week getting back to L. A. and drove 1900 miles.

Yes, but just think, you got the truck exactly the way you wanted it and didn't have to settle for some generic job off the lot.



I've ordered my last two trucks and would do so again. Fortunately, this one is going to last until I'm pushing up daisies or gets replaced with a walker.

Ordered mine on 4-19... ... I don't even want to do the math for my wait time... .

Second one I've ordered though - it certainly is worth the wait!

Ordered mine Jan 2, built Jan 9 and drove home Feb 9. It came so fast I could not get my other truck sold in time to trade in for the sales tax break! Always something... . George
