I LOVE this truck even more after the last few days. I was out in Moab, UT with the Jeep. As we headed back, with Jeep in tow behind the truck, we hit snow going over Vail pass. I was not crazy about towing on a steep, curvey highway in the snow/ice. But "Big Red" (the trucks nick name) did it with ease! Then, yesterday, I was in Denver for the "blizzard" and drove 37 miles one way from Lakewood to Boulder and back (not towing). The truck plowed through the stuff like a tank!

I'm also very happy with how it's dialed in with the Bullydog PMT and DTT Shift enhancer. I have a few bugs to work out, but it drives really well now.

Anyway, no new news to me or most of you, but these beasts are great!

One of the advantages of the solid front axle is weight. I went through Denver in the same conditions with my C&C on my trip to Kansas to have my bed installed, even with the lite rear, it cut through the snow with ease. Below is what the truck looked like just before the snow really started to blow. This is what we woke up to in the AM in Idaho Springs CO.

I have been surprised with how well these 3rd Gen trucks handle in the snow and ice. The '07 has been a drastic improvement over the '01 I had before it.
