2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Mystery Electrical Connector???

I was looking around my '02 the other day and discovered an electrical connector that didn't connect to anything. It was laying behind the drivers side headlight area down by the boot for the intercooler, it has 4 terminals on it. Does anyone know what it is for?

Assuming that you have the overhead console with the ambient air temperature readout, does your truck have the factory foglamps?

Yes it has factory fog lamps and ambient temp readout.
