Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Mystery Switch Unlocking Tc?????

yea bottom line i need a turbo, now and after the injectors. htb2 is what is looking good now. i will probly be doing 100hp injectors when i get around to it, DD type, or those nozzles are attractive... i am still running the stock 3. 54 gearing and i figure what i lost with the 315s, i can replace with power and still have 75mph at 2000rpm.
