Mystery vibration

I have a weird vibration in the floor on the drivers side. Intermittant, and only at a stop. Changes sightly with turning the steering wheel, and I am suspecting motor mounts grounding out on the frame. I've looked at them and from the limited view, they do not appear to be touching anything. Has anyone experienced this? I was also considering upgrading to the Carli motor mounts but I've heard they are way too rigid for a street truck. Any insight would be appreciated.

Is your A/C compressor cycling? Maybe you're feeling increased vibration when it kicks on.

The OEM mounts are pretty stiff, and I can't ever recall seeing one break. I did try and put 6. 7 mounts on a 5. 9 for a vibration but only one side fits without modifying the frame. The 6. 7 design seems to have a little better isolation.
