I'm going to guess an HTB2, probably a 66 by how little meat is left on the inducer bore, if that is right, a very nice charger.

It's not an HTB2..... On another note the turbo came polished it wasn't done by me!

Not sure who's version of a Schwitzer it is, but has to be in at least the 66mm range. I'm partial to the HT's, but after a little more inspection, it doesn't look like theirs.
