Could it be the SPS 64 you didn´t know existed?

Well when I made the comment SPS64 and its existance none were released for the consumer... ... at least as far as I knew.

Guys I got he new Silver Bullet trubo installed about a week ago on my 02 truck. So far this turbo is nothing short of impressive. As many of you know the SPS66 has a surging issue on the 2nd gen automatic trucks when towing..... Well so far this turbo has not exhibited any of the surging that the SPS66 does. Spoolup (which is very subjective) is comperable to by Steroid B-1 which is a much smaller turbo. Max egt's are reduced from the the Steroid B-1 as well by over 150*-200*. I hope to dyno the truck sometime this month to try and get a good HP comparison for everyone.

You've been awfully quiet Doug;) Any latest updates you would like to share with us on this?

What would you like to know? I will share anything I can, I don't have any hard dyno numbers which I feel are most important..... Just let me know.

has anyone bolted one of these pieces on a 12 valve yet???

Not that I'm aware of either, in a Single or Twins. If Brady wants to try it in a Twin application he knows were to send it.

what were you guys saying about a SPS64? I dyno'd one yesterday and made 532/1077. everyone there thought i was going to break 600hp but it did pull harder than the twined trucks there. time for traction bars, someone pointed out that my axle was moving a good 2in.

There are times when I wish my 66 was a single so I could see what kid of power it would make on a 12V.

When you get some time under your belt with that Silver Bullet give us some feed back.

Jim

Jim when I get the Silver Bullet on I will have some new numbers. I didn't get it before the event, vendor problems on the polishing. I want it the way it is suppose to be since so many people around Turbo Tweakers area and mine will be wanting to see how it preforms. Should be fun. Later, Jim.
