Ok guys, here's your chance to name the ole horse you ride every day... pretty much anything goes except, of course, foul language or innuendo as per guidelines...

With that... . I think I'll go with... ... ... ... ... .....

BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA

BOB.

"deep hole which requires large deposits of money on a regular basis"... . wait a minute... ... that's the boat

Uninteresting as it may be, my truck is called "The Old Beast" :D

:-laf Darn it formula, I thought you were describing marriage for a minute there... . whew!! close one... :D :-laf :-laf

I refer to the beast as "vader". Dark Vader that is.

as a side note, my wifes Jeep grand cherokee is called "nora". That's because it's not a truck "nora" car.

The Bat

I call mine "The Bat" in honor of an old tractor I had (if you have ever been around a Case DC, you will understand). It was a lot like a 1st gen. It was built like a tank, pretty only to its mother, it shook a lot and it was loud. I had a friend who told me the tractor was the loudest piece of equipment he had ever ran. I have since sold the tractor, but transfered the name to the truck b/c it is the second loudest piece of equipment I haveOo.

The Old Gray Mule

just keeps plodding along, doing whatever work I want it to do. It gets a little stubborn at times, but so do I.

"Plain Jane"

You know, not fancy or showy, just the basics, but any time you want to ride her she performs and doesn't complain. You can ride her as long as you want, make her carry the loads, and not feed her very often and she just does the job.

All she asks is that you clean her up and caress her once in a while.

:D

Uh, oh... am I in the wrong forum again??? :D

Bluebird, she's been that from day one. The first day I parked her in front of the house my wife said, "Oh no, you bought it! What are you going to call it Bluebird?" So, it stuck.

I don't have a name.

But, my daughter calls it "ugly".

My son calls it "cool".

My wife says it "rides hard".

I just generally refer to it as "better 'n yers".

:D :D :D :D :D
