Does the Potential "Banko" of Chrysler change your mind about buying

Choosing a turbo for N.A. Deere 2320

my old man had a 99 chevy like yours, but it had the 5. 3 in it. it was an excellent truck. when sold it had 210k miles on it, and ran like a top still. two sets of plugs, one set of wires, a water pump, one transmission, and one set of brake pads were it's only repairs. not to shabby in my book!

Mine had 120K when I sold it and it still ran very well. Brakes and tires and two batteries were the only things it ever needed. The 10 bolt rear was just starting to make whining noises when I sold it but nothing major. The 1st 3 weeks I owned my 01',I had to have it towed home because the lift pump quit. I bought it with 90K and the friend that urged me to join TDR also warned me about the lift pump issues with these trucks. I didn't listen and it quit on me driving down the Interstate with no warning. I installed a FASS myself, but the Retailer that sold it to me said the VP-44 will need to be replaced also. I declined and to date have clocked over 40K since then. I've added some performance upgrades also and have been happy with it otherwise... . but not as reliable as my old gas truck.
