I need a mathamatician?(spl)

twins...is it time?

Hey y'all i have mitre cuts on my truck right now but id like some 5" stright piped w/ flappers on top. They must be chrome. . Anyone know where i can get'em?

ting... ting ting ting... ting ting..... ting ting ting... ting... ting ting.

thought the weather benifits would be nice, if they can touch the stack at idle, they'll ting and annoy the living hell out of you. maybe it'll shoot enough exhaust up at idle not to, but i haven't seen one personally on a dodge/cummins.

Wouldn't adding weight to the counterweight make them open with less airflow? It would seem like they don't have to be noisy.

You have all the tools you need to make some at your disposal in your fathers shop why don't you make some? It's gotta be alot easier than making new ring and pinions!

hmm, didn't know that, but wouldn't the plastic pieces melt?

No. Where the pieces are located, you can touch them without getting burnt. Think a wire end of a door handle on a wood stove.

Nick, my wife saw this post and just wanted to let you know that they are not called flappers, the are called clicky-clicky's. If you are going to be on this site you have to use the exact technical terms. J/K Take a chop saw and cut em off, after you get a little soot on them no one will even know.
