Need '84 John Deere 410B water pump...

A friend of mine who hasn't come into the digital age yet and, therefore has no internet connection, needs a water pump for his 1984 John Deere 410B backhoe. He can always get one from the dealer, but it's way pricey considering work has been really slow for him lately (he's an excavation contractor). I'm looking to see if anyone out there might have a decent one laying around that they'd be willing to sell for a fair price. If not, maybe someone can offer some suggestions. I already checked ebay and there are lots of JD water pumps, but none for his model. He looked into getting it rebuilt and that is a cheaper option, but I thought I'd check to see if any of the wonderful TDR members can come up with different solutions.

Well, I talked to my friend today and originally he told me he would need to make a decision within 2 weeks, but today he said he just decided to go with having his rebuilt. He was taking things apart when I called. I think he just wants to get it done so he can get his machine going again, just in case there is some work for it. The rebuild will cost about $675, which is around 1/2 price of a new one. Thanks anyway.
