Need a CD???

Can anyone tell me do any of the aftermarket stereo companies make a head unit for our trucks that have CD and cassette that actually fit in our dashes? I know I should have got one from the factory but the stealer wants $600. 00. Im not crazy about a changer either as I like to be able to change CDs while driving. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Pioneer makes a great unit that firs perfect in our dash. You can buy them online at Crutchfield and the will supply a factory wireing harness adapter so all you have to do is plug it in and play. It sounds much better than the stock infinity system deck. As you can see from my sig. I have replaced every bit of my stock system except the front tweeters in the pillar. the truck are pretty easy to install an after market system in and they sound much better.
