2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Need a Favor, Members near Terrell, TX

So, I am replacing my 96 Gasser with a new truck, new for me that is. The gasser has 178k miles and gonna trade up. By chance the exact truck, options wise, that I am looking for is on autotrader.com.

Since I am not very near there. I am asking a favor for someone that has some spare time, to stop by Randall Noe Dealership and check it out. The internet sales guy seems pretty straight up, but I would love a TDR member to take it for a drive and tell me if it seems like a good truck.



This truck seems like a good deal so I am willing to travel a 1000 miles to come and get it.



Anyway I would appreciate it greatly if someone could take an hour to drive it and give me some input

Watch out for Wylie Musser GMC (across from Randall Noe). I almost bought a used truck there for my brother. After we agreed on price, buyers order etc. , they decided to raise the price a thousand. I reported them the the Texas Atty. General and the BBB. Its a shame some folks like to play games. Needless to say we went elsewhere.



I live a ways from Terrell and its a crazy month for me to brake away. Best of luck, sounds like Mr. Wolfe hooked you up.



My father in law bought an DR2002 1500 from them 9Randall Noe) almost a year ago. He ground them down on the price and they seemed honest and straight forward. Although, I might not trust them to sell my wife a car I would get a "buyers order" before travelling!



I believe they have had this truck for a while, I remember seeing one just like it on my trek to the bozo's across the street, but did not drive it as he wanted a 2500.

Got to hate getting a run around from a Dealer, I hope I can get an honest answer on the price before I spend 400 bucks for 2 plane tickets down to Dallas and probably another 100 for a hotel, just to turn around and fly back.
