Need a later intake hose

I am buying a used PDR HX35 for my early 91, and need and intake hose off a later truck with the bigger inlet. If anyone has one lying around or knows whom I may call to find one, I would be greatful. I am in the process of getting an intercooler for it as well. Just have to get the $$$ to do it. Hard to do all at once. If I dont answer emails in a day or two, call me. Neighbor is moving and taking her computer with her. 719/683-6674.

You really, REALLY, don't want to know how much they are from the dealer. I went to http://www.mypartshop.com and did a search on an air cleaner housing for a 92. APD/Hollander doesn't give a listing for the hose seperately on thier web site. If a recycler has a housing in stock they most likely still have the hose attached to it and would be willing to sell it seperate. That's how I got mine.

Have you read the thread on the ASA cold air intake?

Might be worth a look.

Then again, you might get a mandrel bend from a truck parts house and try making your own.

Intake hose

There is an air intake hose like the one you need on e-bay right now. Item #2410319547 Auction ends on 4-16-2003. Hope this helps somebody - paid retail for mine

Has anyone made their own intake hose somehow? Or know of a quick fix? Hopefully my hx35 will be here tomorrow, and it'll be on the truck within a few hours hopefully, but I need the newer hose. I think I'm just going to get the ASA intake kit, anybody have it on yet? by the way when I talked to dodge today he said there was only a few of the intake hoses for 92 and 93s. alonzo
