Hi,

I had some difficulty in removing the outer piece with the selector in it from an axle I rebuilt (Dana 60) so I need a replacement. Does anyone have one that they would be willing to part with?

Also, the axle is now up for sale in the classifieds if you are interested. It goes up in eBay next week

Thanks,

To bad you are so far away. . dem 60s are heavy.

A part from a chevy or ford 60 is the same if you have internal lockouts (should on a 92).

Does it use the big locking hub, or the smaller one? If it takes the smaller one, I may have one around that might fit. Can't remember if I chucked it or not. I'm bit of a pack rat, so I might get lucky and find it.

I replaceed the Warn hubs with Mile Marker hubs on my Ford. Only one was bad, but they are only sold in pairs.

I think it uses the big locking hub. It is about 4" in diameter, about 2" thick, and has about a 2" dial in the middle.

difference is external or internal style. Does it have a chrome cover held in place by little allen screws. Or a big unit held in place by 5/16 (I think) bolts?

Chrome piece held in by small diameter but fairly long allen screws would be the fitting description for the piece that I need.

Thanks,
