I've used Hoesli Diesel for a bunch of my Cummins parts. They've got the APPS for about $400.
With that being said, I just replaced my last one with a sensor from Williams Controls for a total of about $140.
I bought the sensor and a wire harness for a Cummins application. The wire harness will have to be modded a bit, since the one side won't plug into the Dodge harness (I used a DT04-6P with gold 16-18ga pins). And you may have to adjust the bellcrank stop in the APPS to take out some deadband. But other than that, it's a drop-in application.
Member TIMBRO sells the sensor and the harness for $160 Shipped. .
Like PC12diver said, the idle needs to be adjusted to eliminate the dead-zone off Idle. . Id set the Idle voltage to . 660 (Instructions explains this)
