Need Best Price Quote on New Ram

I'm living here Guam and am ready to buy a new Ram. Dealer here says he will match "any" written quote from any dealership in the states. Who has the best price right now? Maybe the question to ask is who can/will provide the lowest quote? I would be willing to pay someone for their time drawing up the quote if it saved me any money, say 10% of my savings. Any thoughts?
