Need buckstop now, group buy??

I agree that I probably should call, and talk with them directly. It's just that they are most likely closed at night when I have more time. Besides, I believe that if you have a website with an option to order through the website as Buckstop does, the company should acknowledge and finalize the order within a couple of business days. I realize they have been relocating and are very busy, but happy customers is what will keep them busy. Looks like I will probably have to call to make the deal. Anyway, thanks JLeham for setting up the group purchase.

The Buckstop group buy will be closed at the end of Friday 3/4/05. So far the discount is at 14%. A couple of more people will move it up to 18% and possibly all the way to 20%.

I have called Buckstop twice (Weds 3/2 and today) and left messages and I have also sent an e-mail on Monday 2/28, none of which have been replied to as of yet. I am a little concerned about this as I want to get in on the group buy. I also want to get my bumper in a timely fashion, which according to past posts may be a challenge. Anbody had contact with Buckstop this week????

Buckstop must have all the growth it can handle. I too have sent e-mails trying to order a bumper and stated that I would like to get in on the group purchase. I received the automatic reply which lets me know that they received my message, but no acknowledgement for a bumper order. I took the advice of Johnmoore and tried to phone in the order several times. Each time, I get an operator's recorded message saying that the number has been disconnected or is no longer in service. So if their phone is no longer in service, and they don't reply to their e-mails I guess they do not want any more business.

Don't know what to tell you. I just tried calling and got a busy signal. Wonder why the number wouldn't work from CT? Heck, if something works from WV it should work anywhere. Since they are in the process of moving maybe today is the day for changing the phone??

Just to fill you all in. We have been moving to the new facility this week. The shop is up and running. The office will be up and running next week. We had temporary phone interruption due to Verizon preparing to change over addresses.

I did receive a reply today from Buckstop about there phone problems. There phone is back online again. Hopefully the group purchase will be extended a few days due to the problems in contacting them.

Hey guys. I called Dorian this morning and jumped on the GP. The first time I called it was disconnected as stated above and I thought I had called the wrong number. Waited a bit and called back, presto. Talked to Dorian for a good 30 mins answering all my questions. Very happy and excited about this purchase. Wonder what the total # is now?

I ordered yesterday, Dorian called me back in the afternoon. After speaking with him I am confident I have ordered from the right company. He said we are loookinng at about 8 weeks to get the bumper. I also ordered some PIAA lights for the bumper from Buckstop. Looking forward to getting the new piece on the truck.

I finally got through to Dorian and ordered my front bumper. The discount is up to 19%. Just to let everyone know, his DSL was shutoff at the old address and not turned on yet at the new address. So right now the telephone is all they have. Keep trying.
