someone must have faced this same problem



I need HELP



I have a dial up account with msn that terminates 11/14, but I've just started a dsl account with msn.



the problem is once you leave dial up and go to dsl you can not use the same email name.



so I need to find the easiest way to transfer all of my current dial up emails and folders to either my new dsl account or save them to my hard drive.



can someone offer any assistance? msn tech support failed

When I did it for a new computer I just right clicked on my outlook desktop icon, click send to, then pick the way you want to go. You can either email the entire thing at once to your new address or send it to a floppy or cd. You will get everything, addresses, deleted items, etc. in just a couple clicks.
