Dynaloc Hubs Locking Issue

I have a pass side control arm that has a huge dent/crush where it attaches to the axle. No idea how it happened and I am the only driver of the truck. Only thing I can think of is I put a jack stand under it and it crushed it, but I would hope it could withstand that?

Is this a OEM replacement or is there something else I should be buying?

The oem control arms are thin wall steel. For roughly the same price as oem replacements, you can buy a set of Ruske or other fixed length control arms that are MUCH stronger. Adjutsble length control arms for lifted trucks are also available, but are substantially more expensive and unnecessary unless you are planning to lift the truck at some point in the future.

If you do want an OEM replacement most off road type shops that work on Dodges have piles of them laying around.

No lifting for me. I fit 35" rubber on 22.5" wheels under it with no lift, and that is enough rubber for me. I have not checked into price of new, but a local bone yard wants $125. That seems high to me. Will find out when I price new ones.

The OEMs are nit so expensive at all, I bought a set if the new tube style Type for me only a couple of months ago.
The old box style Type is no longer available from RAM.

I did choose OEM because I like the thick rubber bushing far more then any PU Style Bushings.

Well if the y changed the design from the thin steel box style to a solid or thick walled tube, that IS a definite upgrade…got part #'s??

Not on the fly, may they are stamped into the arms, I'll have a look in the evening.
But you can also google them on eBay and anywhere else, I did only find the new style then.
