I need to remove my cam to repair the timing cover and I need the dimensions for the wooden dowels that hold the lifters up.

Thanks

Tim

Use 1/2 dowel rods from a lumber yard store. Cut them to approx 13'' or the lenght of your pushtubes and slice the end with a hacksaw then grind a rolled edge. Its also best to brown the end with a torch to prevent splinters. Push them into the lifters and pull up and tie together with heavy rubber bands.
