Need Drivebelt Tensioner, Who Stocks them?

After a bad wheel hop on the rear end I threw the belt about a half mile later. Pretty sure the belt jumped a cog from the wheel hop. After a half mile it wraped around the Tensioner and locked it up. Didn't take the belt long to melt right through that plastic piece.

Can't find anyone that stocks them. Not even the Dealer.

Found one at Dodge for 250. 00 dollars. Does anyone have a belt lacing diagram? I have trid for a hour now with no luck

My truck has one to the left of the radiator, as you look at it.

If you would have called plug it right they have a complete tensioner assembly for 99. 95 with shipping included.

I suspect your belt was getting ready to go, wheel hop or not. Do a search on here and on DTR for "belt shred" and you will find many threads.



04. 5s and up (mine included) have had this problem.
