Who is a reliable rebuilder? I checked some of the ratings and now I don't know who to order from.

Anybody have a good used one?

Local dodge dealer only wants $1600 installed and programmed.

(I checked all the grounds. Dash is nutz and it will barely run. Happened all at once. It threw 10 codes high and low voltage on different sensors. Alternator 14. 2 with . 012 AC)

My ECM went out on my 02 HO as well. About 8 months ago. I researched all over the web and every thing I read about ECM rebuilders was a horror story and the person ended up buying a new one afterwards. I had my service shop get a new one from cummins and install it. They had dodge program it to my truck and after it was all done I think I paid $1500 bucks. Truck runs great though. They said ECM failure on HO trucks is fairly common. The owner of the shop has an HO and has done his too.

Thanks for the info. That is how I am feeling too. I just didn't want to drop that kind of money if I didn't really have to. I will make an appointment to get it done asap.

I am just curious, did you putthe edge back on ?
