To analyze those signals, you will need a CAN-bus signal analyzer. These are not cheap. If these signals are corrupted as you suspect, the OBD-II should let you know through an error code. If it is a bad idle problem you are having, it could be low lift pump output, a clogged injector, or a problem with a camshaft or crankshaft position sensor (depending on the year). I wouldn't think the corrupted signals would clear up with the application of throttle. Your problem may be as simple as the engine is getting air in the fuel system (have you changed the filter lately?). Give us more information about your truck and the problem.
