hey hoser

I am told that we already have one ... ..... its before the vp-44 if I remember right... ... . someone will chime in :)

and acording to Illflem the spillback to the tank from this hot fuel from the heater and the conductive heat transfer from the vp-44 heats your tank temp up nicely... ..... cant member his numbers but they surprised me and it happens fast too... ... ... . Kevin

Baldwin fuel heater

I had a 90' CTD with a fuel heater made by Baldwin, the same co. that makes filters . It sat on the drivers side inner fender under the hood . the fuel line ran into this heater that was a small tank about 8 in. long and was heated by the engine cooling system, what was real nice about this setup during the winter when your truck was pluged in the heater kept the fuel warm !. I drove this truck for ten years, 178000 mi in so. Id. without any fuel problems in the winter. I would like to install one on my 2000' CTD because the of the trouble free winter driving .
