Hi,

Upgrading from stock lift pump to FASS. I currently have a 0-15 psi autometer pro-comp ultra lite that isolates the fuel to under the hood. I know the FASS will provide more pressure than this gauge is capable of reading. What are some of your personal favorite gauges? I would prefer to be able to buy just the gauge and hook it up to the isolator that I already have. Does not have to match my other gauges, I have the fuel pressure in the useless little cubby under the airbag switch.

Thanks,

Derek

Hey Derek I run a Auto Meter Pro-Comp ultra light 0-30psi gauge. I switched from a 0-100psi because I wanted to see the reading in atleast the middle of the gauge. I would say a 30psi Max is where you would want to be 0-15psi will not work very good with a FASS. When I switch from the 0-100psi to the 0-30psi all I had to change was the sender under the hood and the gauge it's self. All the wiring stayed as is 5-minute switch out.

I like the looks of the Dipricol gauges the best. They have a 0-30 psi gauge in black or white face. The 0-5psi is red (danger zone). Most any gauge should work just fine with your existing isolator setup.

I have a FASS and I had to put in a fuel pressure regulator to eliminate hard starts. The pressure I run is 12 psi at this pressure you could keep your existing gauge. I would connect the FASS and see if you need a regulator. My FASS runs about 15-17 psi at idle.
