I can't decide where I want my gages. Right now I'm leaning towards getting Autometer Phantom gages with the 3pod windsheild mount. Do you guys have any photo's. Thanks
I have the Autometer Phantom Series Boost & EGT gauges in a cubby hole mount in the dash. I recently purchased an SRT/10 A-Pillar and installed a DiPricol Fuel Pressure gauge there. The DiPricol's match the OE gauges best in both daytime & night time conditions. I'll eventually switch out my Autometers for the DiPricol's a little later. You can find various pics here :
I'll see if I can get some pics of my Autometer Phantoms on my steering pod tomorrow. Look like stockers during the daytime, a lil' off at night but close enough for me !
Find yourself a nice set of directions and go for it. You'll need to tap a wire on the back of the headlight switch for lighting connected to the dimmer and have a +12 volt power supply for the trans tremp gauge, that one should be switched with the key. The Di Pricol gauges have LED as well as incondescent lighting, hook up both sets of wires. Other than that go for it! We're here if you have questions along the way
Maybe I'm too late, but I have a two gage setup (manual transmission), and have an SRT-10 pillar mount for my boost gage (get to keep the handle) and a column mount for my pyro (made by autmeter). They also make a two gage mount for the column as well. Pics in my reader's gallery
