Need Good dealer in Tacoma Wa area

I bought my truck at Dave Smith motors. I now need some warranty work done and I'm looking for a good dealer near Sumner area. With about 12000 miles on my truck my steering seems loose. What type of test should I do to to check my steering. Any help would be great.

I would stay away from Tacoma Dodge!

I have had nothing but bad experiences with their service department. If you want to pay $99 for a fuel filter change, you should DEFINITELY go there though!! :--)

If the high priced fuel filter change is the only problem with the dealer it is a good thing you did not have an oil change. All the dealer service prices are high. The Price of the service does not have a direct relationship to wether or not they are bomb friendly or if they are one of the few that have a good diesel tech.



I guess they would have been a good dealer if they charged $15 for the filter change and the lot boy did it.

Believe me....

If you want a bomb-friendly dealer, DO NOT go to Tacoma Dodge!! Don't ask me how I know... Also, if it makes any difference, the service reps don't seem to know their a$$ from 3rd base when it comes to the Cummins.

Yes I agree dont go to Tacoma Dodge for survice i did get my cummins form them because of the good tradein i got for gaser Ram but when i comes to the service department they only have a interest for themself like many other shops. I heard Tom Matson Dodge in Auburn is good.

Thanks for the responses. I guess it's really hard to find a good dealer. Sounds like Tacoma Dodge is definately out.
