I have the dual remote filtration system on my truck and i started to notice that I was getting a slow drip from the oil filter. It was time for me to change it anyway, so i did that. Its been two days and its leaking again #@$%! I think it has to be somewhere on the mounting braket. Has anyone else experienced this? The bypass filter is as dry as a bone. Nothing leaking from there, so I got under the truck with a flash light and don't see any cracks. I notice the oil up top of the filter and it just slowly runs down the side and is making my driveway all spotty and is making me and the wife mad. The filter isn't on to tight either where the seal would have been damaged. Any suggestions?

Just a suggestion,

clean everything really well. place clean white papertowels tightly arond the area. Start up and shut down. See if there is spotting. If not, repeat. if so, look in vicinity of oil spot to see abnormality/deformity. If you can't find it, remove the bypass system and perform thorough inspection. If nothing shows up, get a plug and seal the oil outlet. get a rubber plug and needle air pump fitting to see if you can pressure test the syst for leaks.

This is the best I can suggest.

Hope this helps. let us know what you find.
