Competition Turbos

With a scanner hooked up on my truck it defuels at 3rd going into OD shift. Anyone know what's causing that and more importantly,. . how to fix it. The scanner shows the ECM commands the drop and of course the fuel system accommodates. So actual fuel delivery mirrors the command function of the ECM.

Any help is appreciated.

Maybe this will help?

Just this past week I learned something at the dealer ship that might be use full. I'm not sure of your year, but the ECM comunicates with everything on your truck via your V. I. N. number. Your scanner might have inadvertantly changed that by 1 or2 digits! This causes all kind of problems! WARNING, most dealers and even star have little or no experience with this. Inshort, My '07 went down at only 2000mi. and it was caused by a star update when purchased new! May not be your problem but it may be worth a try. :)

I did go back to the dealer after finding out my truck was doing this and have my ECM reflashed and the truck runs a bunch better,... but I can still feel with my butt-o-meter a little drawing back or dropping off on the 3rd to od shift so I know it is still doing it. It last just a second but that's tooooo much.
