I know I haven't posted in a long time. Truck ran fine all day. Left work pulled out in traffic hit 20 psi of boost and everything goes to zero truck falls completely on its face. I can hit the throttle again and it will go to 20 and fall on its face again.

I am going put the EZ bacl at level 0. What could the issue be? I can't find any air leaks. If it was the pop off valve wouldn't I have diesel spray somewhere? If so, where?

I went and set the EZ back to 0 but I only get 27 psi boostbut the truck runs fine. I don't remember what stock was. I wonder if it could be the fuel filter? Any ideas?

Checked the codes and there were none

Still can't figger it out

If the truck pukes at 20psi with the box on and runs fine at 27psi with the box off, it's almost certainly the box (and thats good!!). If the rail valve opens the fuel is returned to the tank so you wont see any fuel under the hood.

Well, I am gonna change the oil and fuel filter today. See if that makes a difference. I just hate sending the box back to EDGE. The truck is so S L O W.

How many miles on the fuel filter? Would be the cheapest and easiest thing to do.

Well i change the fuel filter rode around a couple of miles with EDGE on 0.

Rode great.

Put Edge back on level 4 and all is good.

I used to use WIX filters and never had an issue with flow. This was my first stratopore fuel filter. Maybe, the filter was to good and got clogged. it only had 11,000 miles on it where I would run the WIX to 15,000. Locally, i fill up at the same station every time and have never had an issue.

I have had EZ problems before and the first thing they said before sending it in was put at 0 for a day or two. So, I don;t know which one was the culprit!

Thanks for your help!
