Need help finding an Ingersoll Rand IR2115Qti 3/8" impact wrench

I'm looking to buy a new 3/8" impact wrench and am interested in the Ingersoll Rand IR2115Qti. Problem is that I can't seem to find them in the US at all. The only place I can seem to find them is in the UK and Europe. The Qti is a quiet version of the 2115. I'm getting a 2135Qti which is the larger 1/2" version of the 2115 and is good to 1000 ft/lbs, the 2115 is good to 280 ft/lbs. The quiet version of the 2135 is 12 db quieter than the regular one and is just as powerful and just slightly more expensive. Does anyone have tool contacts that can see if it's available here or is it a Europe only thing. The 2135Qti is available here so I would think the 2115 would be too.

I'd talk to a GOOD Snap-on Guy. It seems like my Snap-on guy can find and get about anything I want. Next time I see him I'll ask him.
