Need help finding old post on r12 replacement

I read a post a few days (weeks) ago on r12 replacements, and foolishly didn't make a hard copy. Now the wifes old car needs a little AC help and I can't find the subject post, just want to review options.



I hate to admite it, but it may have been on the Ford site. But I've searched out site and there's with no luck, any help is appricated.

It ws in the 1st Gen section. I just brought it back to the top in that forum.

paccool, yep, that was the one. When I tried to search, got a message that the subject needed more letters, r12 wasn't recognized as a word. Guess I'll have to get one of the teenagers that we board to give me some hints.
