Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Need Help, Fuel Leak!

was messing around cleaning things up under the hood, when i noticed fuel on the driver's side motor mount. got to looking, and i have fuel dripping out of the fuel filter drain. it is tight and closed, but still leaks. when you throttle the motor up, it leaks more than when it is just idling. how do i fix this? thanks in advance for any answers!

I'd say open and close it several times to see if that washes anything out.

If it still leaks then pull the filter asembly off and clean/replace the valve.

ok, thanks. i pulled just the drain part off the bowl, and swapped a couple of the o-rings, and that seemed to help. im gonna see what happens tomarrow when i drive it for a while. thanks for the reply fox!
