Archived Need help in Rockwall Texas

Tonight I was working on my truck, installing a fuel tank vent kit.

To make a long story short, a wrench slipped. Five stitches later, I'm back from the emergency room but can't put my truck together with this bum hand.

Right now my truck is in my driveway and it un-usable. I am pleading for someone to help me put the truck back together. I desperately need my truck Monday morning.

I tried the travel companion Sunday morning, but didn't get an answer on either of the two semi-local numbers that were listed. No surprise there, Sunday morning is not a good time to catch people.

It's all taken care of now. I wound up taking the truck to Rockwall Tire & Accessories. They let me go into the shop and help (there's a joke) with the vent kit install.

Sir I was in rockwall the last two weekends, I bought a engine for my 81 jetta there from a fellow that has several vw diesel cars. I did not know that you needed help, I like a Valley Texas, a few miles from Wichita Falls. It is several miles from you, I may becoming that way in a couple of weeks, I am starting an outage, Monday, and it will be 10 to 12 hours a day until completed. If you still need help I will help JimK
