2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission need help installing my rock solid bushing

I am installing the Rock Solid bushing on my 94 Ram with automatic transmission. I am to the point that I need to remove the plastic cup that holds the factory bearing. I tried pulling on it with some vice grips and cannot find a good way to pry on it. I am doing this install on the truck, which may make this step a little more difficult. Thanks.

I'm not sure I can help but the guy that sells the kits was very helpful to me when I did my install. You might try to get in touch with him, Dave I think was his name.
