More questions about 3/4 tons pulling fifth wheel

Riding in your camper/5th wheel?

I have to deliver three new trailers out of state and I need to know how to do it leagally or semi-leagally. I don't want to get a ticket for not having the appropriate insurance/registration. Are there any loopholes? The trailers are insured by the owner so the only issue is getting around the police. It is going to be cash on delivery type of transaction. If the insurance wasn't so dang high I would just get it because I haul local several times a month. Please help! Thanks! Jeremy.

Your trucks liability insurance normally covers any damage done by a trailer. The owner of the trailer could still hold you financially responsible if you damaged his trailer though.

Liabilaty insurance is not issued for trailers as tow vehicle (driver) is only thing that can cause an accident.

As for registration you can go to Tax collector office and obtain one way or temp (10,20,30 day) tags for delivering the trailers.
