Ok, Here it goes.

Shortly after I got my 2005 cummins 2500. I started getting a rough Idle and on acceleration when I let off the rpms hangs and kind of bounces on the way back down and I have a couple dead spots in acceleration also. The truck had a EDGE EZ installed when I got it, first thing I did was unplug it when the problem started. So far, I have replaced the throttle position sensor/APPS, fuel rail pressure sensor, fuel rail relief valve, cam/crank sensor, fuel actuator on the CP3, added a air dog to replace my stock fuel pump, had my ECU reflashed, when Dodge reflashed it they did some trouble shooting and said my #4 injector is bad, I replaced that. Diagnosed my CP3 and it works fine. I took it to who is supposed to be the diesel guru in my area and he says he don't know, because it isn't throwing codes.

I was told It could be numerous injectors, just the #4 was the worst. I have 6 new injectors I am going to put in next weekend. I am worried that this won't fix it either. I am running out of money to throw at it. If anybody else has experienced anything like this, please let me know.

Likely you threw a lot of money at it that was not needed. Since you had one injector replaced it is a likely scenario they are all bad to a degree. That would have been obvious if the correct tests had been run before throwing parts at it.

As for the local guru not being able to diagnose without codes, he ain't. Just another parts replacer making a living off of thsoe less knowledgeable. Good luck with new injectors, and I hope they are certified NEW Genuine Bosch injectors or you will likely be no better off than you are now.
