Can you take a reading from the bleeder on top of the fuel filter housing? and by pass the connection you have at the pump? Right on top there is a little bleeder, this is right out of the filter.

I would stop, and take another look at the rubber fuel return line behind the pump. I would bet that is your problem. Mine had pin holes from dryrot. It would suck air but didn't leak. I couldn't track down the problem until it got so bad that it began to "weep" fuel. I would recommend changing it, even if it "looks" ok.

I seriously doubt it is the cam lobe. If you do take the lift pump off, I would check it with a dial indicator. That will tell you for sure.

As a side note, I would install at least a #10 fuel plate to take advantage of thoughs injectors.

Are your EGTs reading ok?

I completely bypassed the tank and those lines eliminating them pulling fuel straight from a bucket of fuel and still has the problem.

I have a fuel plate for it and gonna do timing to 16 deg. once I figure this fuel issue out.

Thanks

Got a new supply pump and it helps a few psi and then got a new overflow valve and now its back to normal. Kinda weird for that overflow valve to be bad from Bosch being of what it consist of... ...

Did they swap it out for you? Or did you have to buy another one?
