Need help with a BD exhaust brake install.

Hey there boys and girls, have a new used exhaust brake from BD that I need some help on. I have the destruction manual but still have questions after reading it as some of the lines were cut out instead of removed from the previous truck.

Question one. With the vacuum lines, I can figure out the main line and the two that go to the can and the vents. There are two more. One is a medium sized line and the other is a very small plastic tube out of the same switch. Anyone have an idea as to what they are and where they go? The manual has zilch on these.

Question two. The wireing isn't quite what the manual pictures. Can someone help me out with wire color and where they go.

Thanks for the invite, MB. However, my outlaws will be in town on the 27th. I think it would be frowned upon if I take off all day. Maybe next time.
