need help with Borgesson shaft

Before you go nuts, un-bolt the rag joint and put the other side on FIRST. Then bolt up the rag joint... Much much easier to get the splines on that way. Also, the Borgesen unit can go on in any direction, 360 degrees. Borgesen reccomends that if you don't line up the "flat" on the steering box input shaft, you can make your own if needed by using a dremmel or file. They say this will help if you ever need to dis-assemble, but I've never done it and I've never had a problem getting the unit off again.
