2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Need help with drivers window

This is probably not the correct place to discuss this, but I am having problems with my drivers side power window. It was shaking while traveling up the track. I performed the TSB and put in the longer rear track. No problems, until I closed the door. Now it sound like glass is breaking evertime the door is closed. It is really bad with the window half way down. Oh, and we aren't talking about slamming the door. Just a normal force to close the door securely. I went ahead and removed the new TSB rear track and re-installed the factory one. I figured that the shaking was better than the glass breaking sound. Much to my dismay, now the window makes the glass breaking sound AND shakes going up the track.

This is a hard one to do with out being there. Is there something floating around in the bottom of the door?



Have you tried sitting in the truck before you put the door panel on to see where exactly the noise is coming from when you close it?
