2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Need help with Fuel tank

Hey all, is our stock fuel tank a pressurized or vacuum type tank?

I guess you could say it's both. The Fuel cap and the tank vent are set to release pressure at 1. 95 - 2. 5 psi and release vacuum at negitive . 14 -. 29 psi.
