*** Server moves finished ***

I just recently purchased a new PC that has windows XP and my ISP - AT&T - provides Outlook Express as the mail engine - they don't support the full blown version of Outlook. Now I'm having the darndest problem that I can't seem to get fixed. I'm trying to get attachments, and am continually getting the following message header on messages with attachments:

OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail: - then the title of the attachment.

I contacted AT&T and they told me that Express was not allowing me to download attachments that were unsafe. I Don't want it to tell me what's unsafe or not - I know these aren't unsafe - I've sent files from my office to my home that are totally safe and get this same message.

It's funny because you can see the message, but it's lightened so you can't select it.

How can I fix this?

Thanks a million

The more recent versions of OE by default won't allow you to open any mail that has attachments that COULD contain a virus. That means any . exe attachments, etc. To disable that pull down the tools menu to options, click on the security tab and then uncheck the option that says "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus".

Steve - Thank you a million

I can't tell you how happy I am to know how simply that was - the folks at AT&T didn't know this when I called. Obviously familiarity and experience is the key - thanks again...
