I installed my Isspro gages in a 3 pod windshield. How the hell do you get these to be flush ?I ground 1/4" off like the instruction say to but once all the gages are in stalled I cannot get it flush. I can see light on the top where the plastic meets the headliner. I have light all the round the gages. It looks terrible and yes I took off 3/8" off the mounting screws off of each gage so there is no interference. It is very tight to say the least. Anybody have any pointers with this type of install with Isspro gages. Thanks

Can't say that I've installed any gauges in one of those mounts yet, but my only gripe with Isspro gauges is a simple one, why can't they make the rear plastic housing of the gauges black instead of white. When a customer asks for them to be installed in a simple under dash mounting bracket, I simply mask everything but the white plastic off and give it a coat of flat black so that they don't have an auxiliary light by their feet at night.

Just did the same install, didnt even need the OEM pillar. Thought I was going to but when I tightened up the supplied screw it went flush all around.

Maby try it without the original on and see what happens.

I have the same gauges, same mount and same problem. I used some black electrical tape to wrap part of the gagues to reduce the light and to help hold them in the pod as far as possible. There is still a gap and still light coming out all over the place - but it did help some.

I don't think CraigJones is talking about A-pillar mounting. Gaugeworks makes a windshield mount pod which goes just above the rearview mirror, and is very shallow. Page 9 of Geno's catalog #48.
