Need help with wiring schematic for backup camera

I purchased a RA5.0 on ebay to upgrade my RA3.0 in my Tradesman. I ordered a wiring harness to move the backup camera from the rear view mirror to the head unit from The Harness Connection. It came with an instruction sheet of where to insert the pins into the factory connector. Unfortunately with my wife's Christmas cleaning spree, she tossed it. It looks like the Harness Connection store is no more. Does anyone happen to have a copy of the instruction sheet or know where in the hardness the wires go?

This should be what you need. When your done though you probably need the sales code for backup camera in radio activated. I would install first and try it before spending the money on the vehicle configuration.
