Need help

Believe it or not I can't find my 24v addendum to my factory service manual. I'm putting my truck back together as I'm writing this... can anyone tell me if there's supposed to be a gasket on the BOTTOM of the intake preheater? I didn't see one taking it off but I'm assuming there should be one there (obviously not one there now). Thanks.
