Need Help!!!!

Wifes truck we thought it was in need of tires so we got new ones on it

here is what is happening any speed above 20 mph truck seems to vibrate pretty bad at highway speed you can let off throttle and vibration stops

I am thinking I have a bad injector thanks guys. the only code that is coming up is p1740 which has nothing to do with engine

Ujoint. Possible bad front driveshaft joints.

Which truck? The '05? Is the '05 an auto, I assume it is.

It is the 05 it is only happening under load that i why i am thinking fuel related. it idles just fine but it is going into big O tires tommorrow
