Need Honda Help

A Lady I work with has a 1988 Honda Accord. The problem is her daughter, who is just learning to drive, turned on the hazards. Now the turn signals don't work, or the hazards. The windshield wipers work on fast but will not work, sometimes, on slow speed. Power to the fuse is fine. Three years ago she had the turn signal switch replaced.



I could not locate any flashers. Is this a common problem on these cars? What could it be or should I check.

might be a wire problem in the steering colum (pinched, ECT) let us know what you find out ... my wifes accord (87) high on wipers dosent work and the inermitent wipers somtimes take a long time to start working ... . havent had time to look at it yet.
