Need I.I. injectors and FASS Hep

Hey jsut bought a 04. 5 for the GF. truck needs alot. on the list are injectors and the fass can be heard over the cummins from inside the house. I called industrial injection and they dont have any of their stage ones to be sold with out a core. THese are MOST LKELY gonna be junk cores with the ts mp-8 and other mods. Who's got new stage 1 industrial injection injectors on the shelf???



As for the FASS Dan is there anything you can do for this pump??? a guy named cory in nashville sent you this pump and supposedly you hooked him up. is possible this pump is a 150/95 and thats the cause of the noise, how can I tell if shes got the big pick up? and if neither of them is the culprit what can you do about this FASS pump. you have looked at it once already bout 6-8 months ago.

off the top of my head 02311 its a regular fass pump #/95. I would like to know if its a 95 or 150gph. and its history. ie: if it got the update or if it was just a check it out and return to customer. tried to go through the guy I bought the truck from but he didnt think anything was wrong with it, yet this is the same truck that had nothing wrong with it after a 14 hour drive come home look at the aluminum wheel and see rust and confirm the growling sound when you hit the brakes was metal to metal. so if you get where i am coming from I feel there might be a problem and I would like to fix it if it exist. i saw a video comparing before and after the update and this sounds like the before.







Now about them injectors??? anybody got any new industrial injection stage one injectors in inventory? I will take 6 please. this truck is running a little rough. I might even settle for some brand new stockers and send them out to I. I. to be extrude honed and balanced. dont need the HP or torque, not really looking to have another "transmission hog":-laf

I dont mean to sound like a total idiot but What does the big line kit coming from the tank look like? its been in the 20's#@$%! around here and I very much dont like being on the ground or outside for that matter figuring it out what it would look like on my own for that matter. right now id rather be in the truck, in the house, at a big bonfire, or in the the bahamas:-laf I just want to spot it and go inside.

I show i looked at that pump back on 3-15-07. I updated the pump the most i could at that time. Meaning is has a noise update, updated shaft seal fix and a few other things. The pump should have been as good as new if i released it from here. I can promise you that. I also show its a 95 GPH pump.



As for what was done with the pump was between Cory and myself.



NOW what i will offer to you is you can send in the pump for me to look at and i will bench test it.

the girlfriend will kill me if i take her new diesel from her. i will have to keep a close eye on it. when it starts to get worse i will have to buy another, swap it out, send it to you, and when it comes back throw it on ebay.







DOES ANYONE HAVE NEW STOCK INJECTORS OR STAGE 1 INJECTORS FROM INDUSTRIAL INJECTION? I would really have to pull the new 90's out of the other truck in the driveway and send them out to be made into stock nozzled extrude honed injectors. that would really just suck cuz then I would probably make myself break the bank and go dual cp3 with 120's. please spare me the trouble and the local fords and d-maxs the pain of losing a race
